Water birds, waders and other shorebirds will never eat more than they need. This means that our Sea Duck Floating can be fed without restriction. On average, these birds need 25 grams of Wisbroek Sea Duck Floating per kilogram ofnbody weight. In winter, this maintenance requirement is 1 to 1.5 times higher.
In spring and summer, the birds may eat a little less pellets. This is because there are more insects and other natural snacks available to them during this period.
We recommend offering the food dry. Due to the extrusion process, the pellets do keep their shape in water. Therefore, the pellets can also be given floating or soaked in water.
