Description
As soon as the production of eggs decreases, the animals are used for animal feed. The animals are checked weekly by a veterinarian. The quails are killed using CO2. After that, they are immediately frozen completely intact. These quail still contain undeveloped eggs, this is normal and can be eaten by the animal.
This product is an 'Ethical Product' because these quails have been used for the laying industry. The mother animals are no longer used for human consumption but it is of course an excellent protein source.
