At Kiezebrink, the health and safety of our customers and employees is a high priority. The risk of further spreading of Corona virus (Covid-19) is increasing and this has consequences for our business operations. Fortunately, we currently have no problems with our stocks, so we can continue to deliver to our customers. However, we have taken a number of measures:
- We can be reached by phone, but are dealing with a tight staffing of our Customer Service and sales support department. The accessibility may therefore be different from what you are used to from us. We therefore request that you send your questions to us by email as much as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Our drivers will place the orders on location outside the freezer / feed kitchen. The documents also don't need to be signed temporarily to avoid contact.
- If you have been infected by the virus or have been in contact with an infected person, and you are expecting a delivery from us, we would like to hear from you.
We do not know, of course, how things will develop in the near future and which measures will be taken. Perhaps it is therefore wise to already order some extra products for your stock. We will continue to do our utmost to deliver to you, but we are faced with many uncertainties.
